They transferred title to my house with no problems. Chelsea and the rest of them respond quickly to email and texts, even during this holiday season. They completed my task quickly with no problems and assisted me with legal questions. I would highly recommend them.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Chelsea at HawaiiDeed LLC.
Chelsea made the process to execute and record a Quit Claim deed far easier than I would have expected. Questions I had with legal language and options of survivorship were explained thoroughly. The courtesy and professionalism I experienced from Chelsea and HawaiiDeed was top notch!

The folks at Hawaii Deed were AMAZING! We had tried to get our timeshare property transferred to our family trust numerous times over the last 2 years and it was so complicated! I contacted Hawaii Deed and within a matter of days the transaction was executed and we now have our correct Deed in hand! Now I can rest easy that our children can avoid probate! Thank you especially to Chelsea, who made this such a great experience! Worth every penny!
